HRH Duchess of Cambridge at Royal Variety Performance 2019

A huge thank you once again to Sophie, head florist at The Bloomery in Twickenham, London, for choosing our plant dyed silk ribbons for royalty at The Royal Variety Performance.

2019 saw our ribbon in the hands of HRH Duchess of Cambridge. Continuing the tradition of bringing a little of Brinsworth House to the London Palladium the posy for The Royal Vaiety Performance was been created using foraged foliage and seed heads from the grounds of Brinsworth House.

The bouquet was made up from beautiful old English heritage roses, Brunia cones, scented narcissus, fern and winter grasses. The colour palette of frosty pinks, silvers and a mix of green shades and a hint of white was tied in naturally dyed bamboo silk ribbons in soft shades of pink and silver.
