Bundle Dyeing with Coreopsis and Drift Magazine Cornwall

The wonders of bundle dyeing on silk with plants were recently featured in Drift Magazine Cornwall as part of a wonderful article about founder Sian Cornish.  The yellow and golden tones produced on silk by this globe headed Coreopsis are attention grabbing and evocative of warm days and sunshine.  By capturing that moment on silk ribbons, a little bit of that time of year is preserved on cloth, a record of summer and transitioning seasons.
